Country-pop and actor song writer Jana Kramer rose to fame in the world of television when she joined the team on One Tree Hill as Alex during its last three seasons. The first two albums she made as a country singer were featured on episodes of the series helping her debut album of the same name in the top 20 on the Billboard 200. Her follow-up album from 2015's Thirty One reached the Top Ten. Her decade was rounded out by performances in Dancing with the Stars. The self-doubting Voices saw release in 2021. Growing up within Rochester Hills Michigan Jana Rae Kramer was raised on country music. She would later make a record career, but she made her debut as an actor who made her screen debut in the indie horror film Dead/Undead as she was in her teens. In the past Kramer was a regular on a variety of shows including All My Children and CSI: NY before landing the regular role of Noelle Davenport in NBC's Friday Night Lights' second season (2007-2008). Kramer then appeared in the role of Portia ranson on 90210 from 2008 to 2009, and as Brooke Manning in Entourage in 2009. Kramer was added to the cast of CW One Tree Hill in 2009 in the role of Alex Dupre, and she continued to appear until the final episode in 2012, part way in. Jana Kramer Kramer, during her tenure on One Tree Hill signed with Elektra Records. She debuted modern country track I Won't Give Up in a 2011. One Tree Hill episode. It later appeared as a track on Jana Kramer, her debut album, which was released in 2012. It was a part of the Top Five on the Billboard Top Country Albums Chart. Kramer continued to appear in movies such as Heart of the Country 2013 or Country Crush 2016 which would appeal to her fans. Kramer has released her sophomore album Thirty One on Warner Music Nashville in October 2015. It was boosted by the Top Five country song I Got the Boy and in a duet featuring Steven Tyler from Aerosmith. The album peaked at third place on the Billboard 200 country charts and number 10 in the Billboard 200. Following a two-month run in the 22nd Dancing with the Stars season the singer was ranked fourth. The same year she was also a part of an adult contemporary hit featuring Feels Like Christmas which featured Straight No Chaser.
